Aharon Samra is a partner and the Chairman of Apex  Issuances for the last two years. Aharon has more than 23 years of experience in the capital markets.Prior to Apex Aharon was working  for 8 Years in Dash Apex, as the CEO of the company, at 2010 he was appointed as the Chairman of the company.

Aharon holds a BA in Economics and Management and a MBA , majoring in Finance  from Bar-Ilan University.

Assaf Dagan is a partner and the CEO of Apex  Issuances as of March 2020, after serving as the VP for the last five years. Assaf has more than 13 years of experience in the capital markets.Prior to Apex Assaf worked  for 4.5 Years in Dash Apex Issuance as  senior director of issuances. 

Assaf  holds a BA in Entrepreneurship from IDC Herzliya, and LLM  from Bar Ilan University.

Dror is the VP of issuances as of March 2020 and has been a partner in Apex Issuances from the day of its founding. Dror has worked during the past 15 years in research roles, consultation and investment management, both within the banking system and in private financial consulting. Dror has been employed in the Meitav-Dash group starting from 2009.

Dror  holds a BA in Economic and Management ,and an MBA in business management from College of Management in Israel. He also holds a license for portfolio management.

Gal Arad is  a VP Issuances in Apex  Issuances. Gal has more than 10 years of experience in the capital markets, mainly in Corporate Fixed Income Insturments .Prior to Apex Gal worked  for 5 Years in Proxima  Ltd. and 5 Years in FIBI Bank. 

Gal holds a MBA from Hebrew University, Jerusalem and a BA in Computre Science from IDC Herzliya

Ilanit is the Head of Research and Business Development in Apex Capital Markets. Ilanit has more than 18 years of experience in the capital market, specializing in research and investment management. prior to Apex Ilanit worked at  Psagot Securities as the Head of Research Department and managed mutual funds in hundreds of millions of shekels.

 Ilanit holds a BA in Economics and Management from The Open University of Israel and an MBA in Finance and General from Ben Gurion University of the Negev

Noam is a Senior Analyst in Apex Capital Markets. Noam has more than 15 years of experience in the Capital Market, specializing in research. Prior to Apex Noam worked at Psagot Securities as a Sell Side Analyst covering several industries, including Real Estate, Energy, tourism, and more.

Noam holds a BA in Accounting and Economics and an Executive MBA from Tel Aviv University

Merav Avin is  the Director of operation in Apex Issuances. Merav has more than 15 years of experience in operating issuances.Prior to Apex Merav worked  for 5 Years in Meitav Underwriting as an Issues Coordinator.

 

Ella is an office manager at Apex. Ella has more than 20 years of experience. Prior to Apex Ella worked as a teller in a business branch of Bank Leumi.
